⚠️ The last Circus party at Arena Wien! (click for more info)
Dear Circus Family,
Since 2011, Circus has been creating unforgettable experiences at Arena Wien. Unfortunately, this has to come to an end. On October 14th, we invite you to our last party at the iconic Arena Wien.
Why is this happening?
Did you notice those three massive towers that popped up next to Arena Wien? They are the reason we can't keep playing music on our pop floor after 2am anymore. This significantly impacts the vision and experience of our Circus events. That’s why we have to cancel all future parties at Arena Wien.
What's happening on October 14?
Let's focus on the fun stuff! Our huge Main Floor is still gonna be as wild and vibrant as always! And we are working hard to make this night truly unforgettable.
We have to make some changes to the pop floor:
From 23:00-02:00 you can experience the pop floor that you know and love! At 02:00, we’re gonna move the pop floor over to the Arena Beisl area, ensuring that the party continues.
A naughty surprise… 😈
After we move the pop floor, Kleine Halle reopens as Vienna's Biggest Dark Room, with some chill vibes and low-volume music.
So, what comes next?
We are exploring our options. The Circus spirit isn’t going anywhere, but how we can continue is still unclear. You’ll be the first to know when our story continues.
Join us for the last dance!
This is your last chance to experience Circus at the legendary Arena Wien. So get your tickets, grab your friends, and come make history with us.
One more dance, one more night of pure Circus magic.
See you on the dance floor! 🕺💃🎉

The Circus experience
High-energy club sound, cinematic visuals, and a crowd that turns Vienna into one dancefloor. Circus is built around spectacle: international guests, performers, and big production inside a venue with real character.
Everybody is welcome
No matter who you love, how you look, or where you’re from: you belong here. Circus is strictly 18+.
Austria’s biggest gay party
For 14+ years, Circus has been raising the bar for queer nightlife in Austria – with a fan base across Europe and a reputation for nights that people talk about long after sunrise.
Arena Wien
“Best Place in the World.”
Entertainment and Confrontation is the motto of Arena Vienna. Activists who called themselves "Arenauts" presented their first collaborative efforts to rescue Vienna's oldest slaughterhouse on June 27, 1976. More than 200,000 people visited the Arena, including Leonard Cohen who described it as the… “best place in the World.” It was later demolished on October 12, 1976.
Since, the new Arena (the domestic slaughterhouse next door) has become a place for alternative music events of all kinds from Alice Cooper to Katy Perry. Parties, festivals, and open air activities are among the many experiences offered to the Viennese arts and music scene.
The Circus team is proud to introduce a more mainstream queer audience to this legendary venue.
