...an amazing Circus spin-off!
On January 18, 2014 the Circus crew released a new party concept for Vienna's gay nightlife. Since then the "little brother" of Circus constantly presents finest house music at various locations. CAGE is mysterious, sizzling, fun, ecstatic, international, progressive, frivolous, trashy, dark…
The circuit house at Cage Club is a "best of" the sound of Circus. Cage brings popular, international house DJs back to Vienna and presents promising newcomers in Austria's capital.
Why Not Clubdisco
Vienna's classic gay disco
Situated in one of the oldest streets of the historical first district. Glamorous personalities such as Mozart and Beethoven have lived right in the neighborhood. The famous austro-hungarian composer Joseph Haydn nearly got arrested around the mid-18th century for having organized a "hellishly loud" midnight serenade right in front of where The Why Not is today. Loud music seems to have a history at this place.
Three bars and a dancefloor in the basement provide all you need to party till the morning hours...
Why Not: Getting there
- U1 Stephansplatz
- U2 Schottentor
- U3 Herrengasse
- U4 Schwedenplatz
We do not recommend going to the city center by car. You probably won't find parking (and can't drink :)
